THIS WEEK - Hey reservations for the Regionals in Landover Md. If anyone is interested in coming up that weekend email Rhonda or Todd and they will get you the information on the Hotel. If you need any more information on the Regionals check out the CrossFit Games page.

Brave Solider Challenge - May 26 in Wilmington. Be Brave a new battlefield for human competition, the Brave Soldier Challenge is designed to test athletic strength, endurance and agility. Built for the soldier in everyone, participants will navigate through various challenges guaranteed to not leave a muscle un-sore. This two stage event is scored purely on time, and comprised of pass/ fail style challenges with time penalties for non-completion. Like no other event of its kind, the Brave Soldier Challenge was designed to fit the entire course in about the area of a football field so that spectators could watch their favorite participant throughout the race. Bring your friends and family and enjoy the sponsor expo, post party, concessions and award ceremony and challenge the Brave Soldier in you! For a breakdown of the stages and specific challenges. NEW MEMBERS
I am going to have to schedule new members for their initial workout now so, If you are someone thinking of giving CrossFit Carteret a try, or if you are a member that has a friend that wants to give us a try, just have them call me to set up a time to meet. Thanks and remember the first workout is FREE!
CrossFit Carteret Shirts - Shirts are in and going fast we will be ordering more give me feed back on which ones you like best so I can order more. Also the sweatshirt hoodies are in see me if you would like one.
This Months Challenge
Physical Challenge - Do an activity you have never done before.
Nutrition Challenge - Change at least one thing for the good about your Nutrition in take.Continue to log everything you eat and drink for the Month.
If you accept these challenges you will see a change in your fitness.
We will be keeping a record of how every one is doing in the gym.
